A legal disclaimer

At Elite Signings and Notary LLC, we are committed to providing professional and reliable service.

Fees paid for completed notarial acts are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for appointments where service cannot be completed due to invalid identification, incomplete documents, signer absence, unwillingness to sign, or failure to meet legal notarization requirements.
Cancellation requests made at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be eligible for a full refund, less any processing fees.
Same-day cancellations and missed appointments are non-refundable.
If Elite Signings and Notary LLC is unable to provide the scheduled service, a full refund will be issued.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
