3. Signer Responsibility The signer must: *Appear personally before the notary when required by law. *Be willing to sign without coercion or undue influence. *Demonstrate awareness and understanding of the document being signed. *Ensure documents are complete and ready for notarization. Elite Signings and Notary LLC does not prepare legal documents or provide legal advice.
4. Appointment Scheduling Appointments are subject to availability and are not confirmed until accepted by Elite Signings and Notary LLC. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Fees and Payment Service fees will be disclosed prior to the appointment. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Additional fees may apply for mobile services, after-hours appointments, expedited services, travel, or other requested accommodations where permitted by law.
6. Cancellation and Refunds Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of that policy.
7. Limitation of Liability Elite Signings and Notary LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
8. Accuracy of Information Clients are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all documents presented for notarization. Elite Signings and Notary LLC is not responsible for errors contained within documents provided by clients.
9. Electronic Communications By using our website or scheduling services electronically, you consent to receive communications related to your appointment, transaction, or service request.
10. Privacy Information collected through our website and services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
