Appointment & Service Policy
At Elite Signings and Notary LLC, we strive to provide professional, efficient, and accurate notarial services while respecting the time of all clients.

Appointment Duration
Standard appointments are scheduled in 15-minute increments and are designed to accommodate routine notarizations for a single signer.
Document Limits
The number of documents that can be notarized during an appointment depends on the complexity of the documents, the number of notarizations required, and the time needed to complete identity verification and review. Documents that cannot be completed within the scheduled appointment time may require an additional appointment.
Multiple Signers
Each signer must be present, properly identified, and willing to sign. Appointments involving multiple signers may require additional scheduling time.
Identification Requirements
All signers must present a valid, government-issued photo identification that complies with applicable state laws and regulations. Failure to provide acceptable identification may result in the notarization being declined and a non-refundable charge for the scheduled service.
Document Readiness
Documents should be complete and ready for notarization prior to the appointment. Documents containing blank spaces or requiring legal advice may be declined and a non-refundable charge for the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Clients who arrive late may need to reschedule if sufficient time is not available to complete the notarization. No-show appointments may be subject to cancellation and a non-refundable charge for the scheduled notary service.
Right to Refuse Service
Elite Signings and Notary LLC reserves the right to refuse any notarization that does not comply with Illinois law, including situations involving inadequate identification, unwilling or absent signers, incomplete documents, suspected coercion, or concerns regarding a signer’s awareness or competence.
Fees
All fees will be disclosed prior to service. Additional fees may apply for mobile services, after-hours appointments, expedited requests, or services requiring additional appointment time where permitted by law.
By scheduling an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to these policies.
